Refund policy

 At Offbeat, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If for any reason your received product is not according to product picture, description or shown in advertisement, we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Once you received order from Offbeat, you have to make video of opening the Sealed Parcel, otherwise no claim will be consider as missing product, damaged product or different product.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send your merchandise via traceable delivery such as courier or registered post at your own expense to our address. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund request within 7 working days. For any further queries about exchanges and returns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
